How do we ship packages?
To keep our storage cost low and pass the saving to customers, we store most products in our warehouse in China. Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by reputable shipping companies such as the ePacket, EMS, DHL…etc depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. we do provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you. This online store may not be able to ship to your country but we do have other stores in our own network which can take care of your order.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items are shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages shipped to you may get charged customs fees when they arrive in your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped which contains your tracking information, but sometimes tracking is not available to low value products with free shipping.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
Some shipping companies may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated on the system.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
